  19. When you use a Windows system hot-key combination, characters are
  20. incorrectly received by the application in focus. For example: If Command
  21. Prompt is in focus and you press CTRL+SPACE to switch to another
  22. application, a space appears on the current command line in Command Prompt.

  27. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  28. Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S.
  29. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
  30. information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in
  31. the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
